MEET JOE & SARAH

The idea of a restaurant came after Joe & Sarah made time over the last few years to travel the country and experience all kinds of “breakfast” joints from coast to coast.  They tried it all and brought their favorites back home with them to New Braunfels.

Breakfast is more than just a meal, it’s a part of our day.  We offer the highest quality ingredients, sourced from local vendors & alcohol distilleries.  Our commitment to preparing scratch made meals remain our highest commitment to our community. 

Good food, good people, good times has been a consistent theme in the Silvernail household and “breakfast.” is an extension of that.   We have a sense of belonging, a want, a need to give all we have to our community and everyone else we meet.  Every guest is welcomed and every morning holds an obligation to please.
